Purchase and Contract Information

Purchase Information

  • A non-refundable deposit of $200 goes toward the total price of a puppy and is required for you to be added to the waitlist.

  • Placing a deposit and our acceptance of the deposit serves as a signature on our contract.  (Read Contract)

  • Deposits don’t expire. A deposit is transferable to the next available litter.

  • We do not place puppies solely on gender and color.  Temperament is the most important factor.
  • Please don’t ask to be placed higher on the waitlist, you can not purchase a higher pick position.
  • The remaining balance is due in CASH upon puppy pickup day.
  • Puppies with deposits before 8 weeks of age are to be picked up at 8 weeks of age or boarding arrangements can be made in advance.

  • Puppies/dogs with deposits after 8 weeks of age must be picked up within 2 weeks of placing the deposit.

  • In the case of a puppy needing an extended stay here, you will be billed for your puppy’s vet bills & a minimal daily/weekly boarding fee to cover our costs.

The Waitlist – How It Works

We do not breed to meet a demand for puppies, therefore, we do not always have puppies available.  We carefully plan our breedings in hopes that they will produce a pup to carry forward in our program.  Trifecta reserves the right to 1st pick on every litter born here, this does not mean we will retain a puppy from every litter, it only means we hope to.

A $200 Non-refundable but transferable deposit will hold your spot on our waiting list.

Deposits are non-refundable, so be sure you are committed to us and our MAS breeding program before placing your deposit.

If you make a deposit but none of the available puppies are a good fit for you, your deposit can be placed on the next available litter. Deposits do not expire.

We will have waitlist openings on each upcoming litter. We honor your choice of color and gender in the order in which the deposits were received.

Once you have placed a deposit, you will be put on the litter list of your choosing.  If for any reason you chose to change litters,  you will be placed below whoever is already on the new litter list you have chosen.

How we choosing a Puppy!
Pups are structurally evaluated for show/breed quality between 3 days before up to 3 days after the pups are 8 weeks old. That’s when we know which pups meet our strict criteria for staying here  and joining the show dog team.

All puppies are on hold until each person on the list picks their puppy in the order in which deposits were received for gender and color.

If you do not have strong preferences for color/gender, and are focused on the best fit for temperment for your family, you will usually get your puppy sooner.

Just so you know, all puppies must be picked up at 8 weeks old unless arrangements are made in advance.

If a puppy must stay longer than 9 weeks of age, there will be a $100 weekly boarding fee & you will be responsible for any vet bills (shots, checkups, flight/health certificates) your puppy may accumulate during this time.

NOTE: If you want a long tail on your puppy or need to be “first pick,” then you must pick an empty list. You cannot skip to the front of the line so please, be fair don’t ask.
